I wanna show you the 70% finished diorama of my Rust & Dust entry.

Hello Modelers,

Here are the pictures of the finished diorama "Stranded in Russia".

Here we see a comparison with the original photo. NOTE: The camo is my creation

This is the large side of the dio, we see a high detailed landscape with dandelions, bushes and stones.
NOTE: The gras is on the top is sprayed a bit buff, so we achieve a very realistic look

Now the other side, here we have a nice rusty look and different variants of gras.

What we see here is a light effect by me, to create a sunrise or a hot summer day.

Also a sunrise effect.

Different sorts of wet or try mud(Mig I have use your tipps), a burned out wheel with ashes and a nice chipping from hard chips to thin chips with a 000 brush.

NOTE: The accumulated earth.

I have created realistic wood effect by enamel colors and a fine chipping on the spade. We also see the traces of the fading.

Hi there Pascal,

A lot of diorama's have something that's NOT good: either the modeller doesn't know exactly how to build groundwork, or to paint figures or etc...

This dio has it all: balance, color, good groundwork, great painting and weathering: chapeau !
